Originally from the South Indies, the Cinnamomun Verum variety from Sri Lanka, formerly Ceylan, is considered one of the finest and most appreciated varieties in the world for its great organoleptic qualities.
Ideal preparation method: Moka pot, French Press, filter coffee.
Conservation: Vacuum metal container with inert gas to preserve all the aromas for much longer. The cans are 100% recyclable, they can be reused or deposited in the packaging container.
