These Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Statement regulate the use of the website www.cafesaula.com (herein, "the Website") which is owned by SAULA, S.A. (herein, "Saula"). SAULA, S.A. is a public limited company domiciled in C/Laureà Miró, 422-424, 08980 in Sant Feliu de Llobregat (Barcelona), with Spanish tax code (CIF) no. A08661613 and entered in Barcelona Mercantile Register with the following data: Book 3778, Volume 4448, Page 49188 Entry No. 1.
By using the services of the internet store, you agree to abide by the current version of Terms and Conditions of Sale at the time you place the order. Customers should therefore read these Terms and Conditions before making a purchase.
Scope of contract
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are applicable to the sale of all Saula products through its website, to consumers to whom orders may be delivered in Europe (Euro zone only). SAULA informs you that its website is aimed exclusively at persons over the age of 16. SAULA reserves the right to cancel access to the user's account if fraudulent or speculative acts or bad faith in the use of this service are detected.
Limit on purchases
For security reasons, purchases for more than €1,500 or for more than 40 items per order are not permitted.
Price
The applicable prices are those stated on the website on the order date. The prices given for each product include VAT. (Value Added Tax). Delivery charges are broken down and provided to the client when placing the order. SAULA, S.A. reserves the right to make such changes as it sees fit at any time, and may update, even daily, the products, prices and new items that appear. There are no shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or countries outside the European Union.
Payment
All purchases may be paid for with Visa®, MasterCard® credit cards and using the PayPal system. The payment method is chosen during the purchase process, on the corresponding screen. Customers must notify SAULA in the event of any incorrect charges or fraudulent use of the card used to make purchases by e-mail as soon as possible to enable SAULA to take the necessary steps. Additionally, banks or card issuers may take anti-fraud precautions, which means that certain types of transactions are rejected. SAULA accepts no liability for the consequences of these types of security policies.
Product availability
All orders are subject to product availability In the case of supply incidents or if there are no items left in stock, the customer will be informed immediately and any amounts that may have been paid will be reimbursed.
Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer, which may be different from the usual residence. Orders may be delivered to the workplace and to third parties as a gift. In these circumstances, the buyer or person to whom the product is addressed will be asked for proof of identity and to sign the delivery note. Delivery dates given on the website are for guidance purposes only. However, Saula will make every effort to comply with delivery deadlines, accepting, however, no liability if the delivery takes longer than the estimated time.
Exchanges and returns
You have 14 business days from the order delivery date to return or exchange the order via the website. Items may only be exchanged for other items that cost the same or less than the items to exchange.
To return or exchange items on the Internet, you must complete the return/rejection form attached to the delivery. To make returns and exchanges in physical stores, you must provide the delivery note. Unwanted items must be returned in the original packaging and in perfect condition.
Right to withdraw
Customers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days starting on the date on which they receive the purchase. The conditions for doing this are the same as those for exchanges and returns due to faults or defects as described above. However, the return/rejection note must be included in the dispatch. SAULA will reimburse the client for the payment received within 30 days of receiving notification of rejection. The customer will pay the costs of returning the goods.
Product warranty
The contractual guarantee offered is that established in Royal Decree Law 1/2007 of 16 November, which enacts the amended text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users. SAULA will be liable for any functional irregularities that become evident within two years of delivery, provided that the customer has informed SAULA of this irregularity within two months from the date on which it is identified.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to Spanish Law. In the case of dispute, the parties undertake to be bound by the courts governing the users' domicile, renouncing any other legal systems to which they may be entitled.
